氧化镁改性矿渣水泥的抗镁离子侵蚀性能研究

摘要 借鉴人体病毒免疫学机理,通过往矿渣水泥中加入轻烧氧化镁改性矿渣水泥,研究改性矿渣水泥胶砂试件在清水、0.6mol/L硝酸镁、0.6mol/L硫酸镁侵蚀溶液中的力学性能,并测试分析XRD和SEM微观数据.根据这些测试得出:矿渣水泥在加入轻烧氧化镁后,水化生成的氢氧化镁会填补在试件孔隙中,导致早期强度增加并减缓了侵蚀溶液中镁离子进入试件内部的时间,提高了矿渣水泥的抗镁离子侵蚀性能.当氧化镁掺量为3%时,对硝酸镁和硫酸镁溶液的抗侵蚀性能最好. Referring to the immunological mechanism of human virus,the mechanical properties of modified slag cement mortar specimens in clear water,0.6mol/L magnesium nitrate and 0.6mol/L magnesium sulfate erosion solution were studied by adding light burned magnesium oxide modified slag cement into slag cement,and the XRD and SEM microscopic data were test and analyzed.According to these tests,it can be concluded that magnesium hydroxide generated by hydration will fill in the pores of the test piece after the slag cement is added with light burned magnesium oxide,thus improving the compactness of the test piece,leading to an increase in early strength,slowing down the time for magnesium ions in the erosion solution to enter the inside of the test piece,and improving the magnesium ion erosion resistance of the slag cement.When the content of magnesium oxide is 3%,the corrosion resistance to magnesium nitrate and magnesium sulfate solution is the best.
