病区护士站噪音水平现状调查与干预对策

Investigation on Noise Level of Nurse Station in Ward and Intervention Measures

目的对医院病房噪音水平进行调查分析,查找噪音分布的主要时段及来源,探讨有效的干预措施。方法于2018年1—6月对医院病房采用噪音仪监测各时段噪音水平并记录,对干预前后的噪音进行对比,并分析噪音来源。结果病房监测结果显示:噪音主要来源于仪器设备报警声、医护人员日常操作、医护沟通、家属探视交谈及周围环境噪音。采取针对性的干预措施对噪音的影响具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论病房环境噪音污染严重,来源较多,提高医护人员和患者及家属的降噪意识,采取无声或低声设备代换高声的设备、改善病区环境管理、进行病区质量控制等有效的干预措施,能够降低病区噪音,提高患者满意度,给医护人员提供安静舒适的工作环境,进而提高工作效率。

Objective To investigate and analyze the noise level in hospital wards,find out the main periods and sources of noise distribution,and explore effective intervention measures.Methods From January to June in 2018,the noise level of the hospital ward was monitored and recorded by noise meter,and the noise before and after the intervention was compared,and the source of noise was analyzed.Results The results of ward monitoring showed that the noise mainly came from the alarm of equipment,the daily operation of medical staff,the communication of medical care,the visiting and talking of family members and the noise of the surrounding environment.The effect of targeted interventions on noise was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The environmental noise pollution of ward is serious,and there are many sources.To improve the awareness of noise reduction of medical staff,patients and their families,and to take effective intervention measures such as replacing loud equipment with silent or low sound equipment,improving environmental management and quality control of ward can reduce the noise in the ward,improve patient satisfaction,and provide a quiet and comfortable working environment for medical staff Improve work efficiency.
