保留左结肠动脉3D腹腔手术治疗直肠癌的可行性

Feasibility of Left Colon Artery Preserving 3D Abdominal Surgery for Rectal Cancer

目的探究保留左结肠动脉3D腹腔手术治疗直肠癌的可行性。方法选取78例2017年1月—2019年4月在我院收治直肠癌患者为研究对象,按不同治疗方式分为对照组与试验组,对照组:传统直肠癌手术。试验组:保留左结肠动脉3D腹腔镜手术。对比两组患者术中相关指标、住院时间、生活质量评分。结果两组患者手术时间、术中出血量差异无显著性(P> 0.05),试验组进食流质食物时间、术后排气时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组住院时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论保留左结肠动脉3D腹腔镜手术在直肠癌患者治疗中效果显著,可促进患者尽早康复,提高安全性,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the feasibility of left colon artery preserving 3 D abdominal surgery for rectal cancer.Methods A total of 78 patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to different treatment methods.The control group:traditional rectal cancer surgery.Experimental group:Left colon artery reserved 3 D laparoscopic surgery.Intraoperative indicators,length of stay,and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in operation time and bleeding volume(P>0.05).The time of taking liquid food and exhaust after operation in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the time of hospitalization in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The 3 D laparoscopic surgery of preserving the left colon artery has a significant effect in the treatment of rectal cancer patients,which can promote early recovery of patients,improve safety,and improve the quality of life.
