腹腔镜手术治疗老年卵巢良性病变的有效性和安全性研究

Study on the Effectiveness and Safety of Laparoscopic Surgery for Benign Ovarian Lesions in the Elderly

目的分析腹腔镜手术治疗老年卵巢良性病变的有效性和安全性。方法选择我院老年卵巢良性病变患者共70例,数字表随机分2组每组35例,对照组的患者给予常规手术治疗,研究组采取腹腔镜手术。比较两组手术、住院的时间、治疗前后患者应激性指标去甲肾上腺素、血清皮质醇、肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白、成功率、并发症。结果两组手术成功率均是100.00%,研究组手术、住院的时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前二组患者应激性指标去甲肾上腺素、血清皮质醇、肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后两组应激性指标去甲肾上腺素、血清皮质醇、肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白均改善,而研究组应激性指标去甲肾上腺素、血清皮质醇、肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗老年卵巢良性病变的有效性和开腹手术相似,但安全性高于传统开腹手术。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness and safety of laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian lesions in the elderly.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with benign ovarian lesions in our hospital were selected.The digital table was randomly divided into 2 groups with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgery,and the study group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The duration of surgery,hospitalization,stress index norepinephrine,serum cortisol,tumor necrosis factor-α,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,success rate,and complications before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The surgical success rate of the two groups was 100.00%.The operation and hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study group had fewer complications than the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of stress indicators,norepinephrine,serum cortisol,tumor necrosis factor-α,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the two groups before treatment had no statistically significant(P>0.05),but after treatment,norepinephrine,serum Cortisol,tumor necrosis factor-α,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were all improved,while the stress index of norepinephrine,serum cortisol,tumor necrosis factor-α,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effectiveness of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of elderly benign ovarian lesions is similar to that of open surgery,but the safety is higher than that of traditional open surgery.
