关节镜下囊肿切除联合半月板缝合术治疗半月板周围囊肿

Arthroscopic Cystectomy Combined With Meniscal Suture for Perimeniscal Cysts

目的研究关节镜下囊肿切除联合半月板缝合术治疗半月板周围囊肿的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2019年4月—2020年4月收治的40例半月板周围囊肿患者作为主要对象,所有患者均接受关节镜下囊肿切除联合半月板缝合术治疗,对所有患者的手术治疗效果予以评价。结果 40例半月板周围囊肿患者中,有38例患者为临床愈合,临床愈合率可达到95.0%,其余2例患者术后随访发现伴有膝关节间隙压痛,半月板未愈合。所有患者术后的IKDC评分、Lyshlom评分均显著高于术前,手术前IKDC评分、Lyshlom评分分别为(54.16±2.38)分、(55.91±2.62)分,手术后IKDC评分、Lyshlom评分分别为(85.87±2.16)分、(82.45±2.33)分,手术前后比较有显著差异(P <0.05)。结论关节镜下囊肿切除联合半月板缝合术治疗半月板周围囊肿可获得较为显著的治疗效果,在修复病变的同时能够尽量保留半月板组织,且此种治疗方式的创伤性小,预后佳,对患者术后膝关节功能的恢复有积极作用,可提升患者的总体生活质量,因此,更值得推广和应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of arthroscopic cystectomy combined with meniscal suture in the treatment of peri-meniscal cysts.Methods From April 2019 to April 2020,40 patients with perimeniscal cysts were selected as the main objects.All patients were treated with arthroscopic cyst resection and meniscus suture.The effect of surgical treatment was evaluated.Results Of the 40 men with peri meniscal cysts,There were 38 cases of clinical cure,the clinical cure rate was 95.0%,the remaining 2 patients were followed up with knee joint space tenderness,the meniscus did not heal.The IKDC score and Lyshlom score of all patients were significantly higher than those before operation,the scores of IKDC and Lyshlom before operation were(54.16±2.38),(55.91±2.62),the scores of IKDC and Lyshlom after operation were(85.87±2.16),(82.45±2.33),before and after the operation,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic cyst resection combined with meniscal suture in the treatment of peri-meniscal cysts can obtain a more significant therapeutic effect,while repairing the lesions can retain meniscus tissue as far as possible,and this treatment is less traumatic and has a good prognosis.It can improve the overall quality of life of patients.
