摘要
目的探究双歧杆菌四联活菌、早期微量喂养联合方案在早产儿喂养不耐受中的应用以及对肠道菌群影响作用。方法筛选我院2018年1月—2019年12月收治的86例喂养不耐受的早产儿,随机分为观察组(43例,采用双歧杆菌四联活菌+早期微量喂养)和对照组(43例,采用早期微量喂养),比较两组早产儿达到各项指标时间、不良反应、不同观察指标。结果(1)治疗后,观察组早产儿达到各项指标的时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,观察组早产儿(4.65%)不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(23.26%)(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,观察组早产儿的每日摄入奶量、每日体质量增长、睡眠时间和住院时长均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对早产儿采用双歧杆菌四联活菌+早期微量喂养联合治疗可显著改善患儿的喂养不耐受情况,促进患儿健康成长,缩短住院时间,值得参考。
Objective To explore the application of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine combined with early micro feeding in preterm infants with feeding intolerance and its effect on intestinal flora.Methods 86 cases of premature infants with feeding intolerance in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(43 cases,using Bifidobacterium tetralogy+early micro feeding)and control group(43 cases,using early micro feeding).The time,adverse reactions and different observation indexes of premature infants in two groups were compared.Results(1)After treatment,the time of premature infants in the observation group to achieve the indicators was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the incidence of ADR in the observation group(4.65%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(23.26%)(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the daily milk intake,daily body weight growth,sleep time and length of hospital stay of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine and early micro feeding can significantly improve the feeding intolerance,promote the healthy growth of children and shorten the hospitalization time,which is worthy of reference.
