正清风痛宁注射液中医定向透药治疗膝骨关节炎疗效观察

Effects of Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection Treated in Knee Osteoarthritis by Traditional Chinese Medicine Penetration Therapy

目的探讨正清风痛宁注射液中医定向透药治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月在我院内一科住院治疗的68例膝骨关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各34例,对照组予以双醋瑞因片及常规抗炎镇痛治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加正清风痛宁注射液中医定向透药治疗。治疗12天后,观察两组患者膝关节症状及体征改善情况;对比治疗前后膝关节疼痛程度评分变化,同时查看两组患者的安全性问题。结果与治疗前比较,两组患者临床症状及体征均有改善,治疗组总有效率为94.12%明显高于对照组的85.29%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.294,P <0.05);对照组的疼痛评分[(3.45±1.10)分]明显高于治疗组的疼痛评分[(2.56±0.92)分],差异有统计学意义(t=4.317,P <0.05)。治疗组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为2.94%及5.88%,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论正清风痛宁注射液中医定向透药治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning in injection directional medicine penetration to treat knee osteoarthritis.Methods 68 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were selected from January 2018 to January 2020 and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional anti-inflammatory and analgesic treatment,while the treatment group was treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning injection on the basis of the control group.After 12 days of treatment,the improvement of knee joint symptoms and signs of the two groups;compare the changes of knee joint pain score were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(94.12%vs.85.29%,χ^(2)=7.294,P<0.05);the pain score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group(3.45±1.10 vs.2.56±0.92,t=4.317,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were 2.94%and 5.88%respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhengqing Fengtongning injection is safe and reliable in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
