摘要
目的研究脑卒中神经内科护理中康复护理的效果。方法回顾性选取2016年11月—2019年11月我院脑卒中患者100例,依据护理方法分为常规护理组(n=50)和常规护理基础上康复护理组(n=50)两组,统计分析两组患者的美国国立研究院神经功能缺损量表(national institute of neurologic deficit scale,NIHSS)评分、FuglMeyer(FMA)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分。结果康复护理组患者护理后的NIHSS评分降低幅度、FMA评分、BI评分升高幅度均显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中神经内科护理中康复护理的效果好。
Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation nursing in neurology nursing of stroke.Methods A total of 100 cases of stroke patients in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2019 were retrospectively selected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into two groups:routine nursing group(n=50)and rehabilitation nursing based on the routine nursing group(rehabilitation nursing group,n=50).The NIHSS scores,FMA scores,BI scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The decrease degree of NIHSS score,increase degrees of FMA score and BI score after nursing of the rehabilitation nursing group were significantly higher than the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of rehabilitation nursing is good in neurology nursing of stroke.
