摘要
目的分析在血液病患者化疗护理中采用循证护理对患者心理问题的护理效果。方法研究样本从本院血液病患者中选取100例,研究时间从2018年1月开始,截至2019年1月,所有患者均给予化疗治疗,将护理方式作为分组依据,试验组患者采用循证护理方案,对照组患者采用常规护理方案,对比两组患者护理结果。结果统计得知,试验组患者护理3周后,焦虑评分明显低于对照组患者,两组对比之下差异值符合统计学标准(P <0.05);试验组患者护理3周后,抑郁评分明显低于对照组,两组对比之下差异值符合统计学标准(P <0.05);试验组患者预后生活质量评分较高,两组对比之下差异值符合统计学标准(P <0.05)。结论通过此次研究得知,在血液病患者化疗护理中采用循证护理,能明显提高患者护理效果,改善患者心理状态,对患者预后较好。
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of evidence-based nursing on patients’psychological problems in chemotherapy treatment of hematological patients.Methods The study sample was selected from 100 patients with hematological diseases in our hospital.The study time began from January 2018 to January 2019,all patients were treated with chemotherapy,and the nursing method was used as the basis for grouping.The patients in the experimental group adopted evidence-based care.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing plans,and the nursing results of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 weeks of nursing,the anxiety score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups met the statistical standard(P<0.05);after 3 weeks of nursing,the depression score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control In the two groups,the difference between the two groups met the statistical standard(P<0.05);the test group had a higher prognostic quality of life score,and the difference between the two groups met the statistical standard(P<0.05).Conclusion It is known through this study that the use of evidence-based nursing in chemotherapy care for patients with hematological diseases can significantly improve the effect of patient care,improve the psychological state of patients,and have a better prognosis for patients.
