护理干预对结核病患者服药依从性的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Drug Compliance of Tuberculosis Patients

目的分析在结核病患者中应用护理干预对服药依从性的影响。方法从2019年1月—2020年1月择取60例结核病患者,将其随机分组研究,对照组(30例)实施常规护理,研究组(30例)基于常规护理实施护理干预,对照分析两组服药依从性、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、生活质量评分。结果从总服药依从性来看,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);从SAS评分来看,护理前组间对比无意义,护理后研究组评分比对照组低(P<0.05);从SDS评分来看,护理前组间对比无意义,护理后研究组评分比对照组低(P<0.05);从生活质量评分来看,护理后研究组角色功能评分、躯体功能评分、情绪功能评分、社会功能评分、总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于结核病患者来说,护理干预可提高服药依从性,改善不良情绪,使生活质量也得到改善,临床价值显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on medication compliance in tuberculosis patients.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,60 cases of tuberculosis patients were selected and randomly divided into groups for study.The control group(30 cases)performed routine care,and the study group(30 cases)implemented nursing intervention based on routine care.Medication compliance,selfrating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,quality of life score between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In terms of total medication compliance,the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).According to SAS score,the comparison between the nursing groups was meaningless,and the score of the nursing research group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).From the SDS score,the comparison between the nursing groups was meaningless,and the score of the nursing research group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of quality of life score,the role function score,body function score,emotional function score,social function score and total score of the nursing study group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For TB patients,nursing intervention can improve medication compliance,improve bad mood,and improve the quality of life,with significant clinical value.
