奖励机制在住院精神分裂症患者的应用效果

The Application Effect of Reward Mechanism in Inpatients With Schizophrenia

目的探讨奖励机制对住院精神分裂症患者的康复疗效、护理依从性、抑郁的影响。方法将100例住院精神分裂症患者进行随机分成两组,对比组、研究组各50例。对比组进行常规护理,研究组在常规护理中融入奖励机制,分析两组护理前和护理3个月后的住院患者康复疗效评定、(自制)护理依从性、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分的临床数据。结果护理前两组各量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);护理后两组各量表评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论融入奖励机制有助于提升住院精神分裂症患者的康复疗效,护理依从性,减轻抑郁,改善患者的心理、精神症状。

Objective To explore the effect of reward mechanism on the rehabilitation effect,nursing compliance and depression of inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods 100 inpatients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups,50 in the control group and 50 in the study group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group incorporated reward mechanism into routine nursing,and the clinical data of rehabilitation effect evaluation,self-made nursing compliance and Hamilton Depression Scale score of inpatients in the two groups before and after three months of nursing were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);there was significant difference between the two groups after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of reward mechanism is helpful to improve the rehabilitation effect,nursing compliance,reduce depression and improve the psychological and mental symptoms of patients with schizophrenia.
