某2030t/h超超临界锅炉褐煤旋流燃烧器冷态动力场试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 褐煤旋流燃烧器在国内的应用还处于起步发展阶段,由于褐煤具有高挥发分、易热解的特点,褐煤煤粉燃烧的主要控制因素是与氧气的混合传热传质过程,合理的动力场组织对褐煤的炉内燃烧具有重要意义。结合某2030 t/h超超临界褐煤旋流燃烧器的空气动力场试验,介绍大型褐煤锅炉旋流燃烧器的空气动力场试验原理和方法,并对其空气动力场特性进行分析,同时对后续燃烧调整、降低NOx等污染物的排放提供方向性参考建议。 The application of lignite swirl burner in China is still in the starting stage of development. Because lignite has the characteristics of high volatile matter, moisture, ash and low fixed carbon, the main controlling factor of lignite pulverized coal combustion is mixed heat and mass transfer process. The dynamic field organization is great significance to the in-furnace combustion of lignite. Combines the aerodynamic field test of a 2030 t/h ultra-supercritical(USC) lignite swirl burner to introduce the principle and method of aerodynamic field test of large power station boiler. The aerodynamic field characteristics are analyzed, and directional recommendations for subsequent combustion adjustment and reduction of NOx emissions are provided.
