基于循环风的空预器风量分切技术改造运行分析 被引量:4

Operation Analysis of Air Preheater Air Volume Slitting Technology Reformation based on Circulating Air

摘要 基于某电厂2×300 MW亚临界机组,通过设置不同条件的对比试验,从空预器压差、排烟温度以及风机电流的变化,分析应用空预器风量分切技术改造后的运行效益。#2炉空预器应用风量分切技术并更换蓄热元件运行5个月后,A/B侧月平均压差总增幅为9.13/5.19%,A/B侧总平均压差比往年同期分别降低了0.95/1.89 k Pa,降幅为57.23/70.00%;一次风机电流、送风机电流和引风机电流降低了27.5 A;每年可节约成本294.71万元。 Based on the 2 × 300 MW subcritical unit of a power plant, through the comparative test under different conditions, the operation benefit after the air preheater air volume splitting technology transformation is analyzed from the air preheater pressure difference, exhaust gas temperature and fan current. Furnace #2 air preheater applied air volume slitting technology and replaced the heat storage element, after 5 months of operation, the total monthly average pressure difference on the A/B side increased by 9.13/5.19%, and the total average pressure difference on the A/B side has been reduced by 0.95/1.89 kPa compared with the same period in previous years, a decrease of 57.23/70.00%;the primary fan current, the blower current and the induced draft fan current have been reduced by 27.5 A;the annual cost can be saved by 2947100 yuan.
