摘要
基于立式泵组的结构特点,通过对运行过程中支撑系统受力的计算分析,立式泵组在安装的水平度与其扰度呈正相关性。实施变频改造后,立式泵组有可能落入到结构共振区内运行,振动将会大幅增加,可以采用调整水平度并结合高速动平衡的方法进行处理。该方法可以在不改变设备结构的前提下,能够有效解决立式泵组在运行过程中的振动超标问题。
Based on the structural characteristics of the vertical pump set, this paper calculates and analyzes the force of the support system during operation, and the horizontality of the vertical pump set is positively correlated with its disturbance. After the implementation of frequency conversion transformation, the vertical pump set may operate in the structural resonance zone, and the vibration will increase significantly. This problem can be dealt with by adjusting the level and combining with high-speed dynamic balance. This method can effectively solve the problem of excessive vibration of the vertical pump set during operation without changing the equipment structure.
