本文是SC改革系列研究的最后一篇,主要讨论如何领导、组织和管理SC改革的问题。文章首先回顾了已发表的八篇文章的主要观点,然后介绍了三位美国学者对美国SC改革当前状态的看法,最后就如何成功领导中国的SC改革提出了若干建议。

This paper is the last of this series of study of the SC reform in the United States.The paper mainly focuses on leadership,organization and management for a successful SC reform.The paper first reviews the main viewpoints of the eight published papers,then comments three American scholars’views about the current situation of the SC reform in the USA,and finally puts forward suggestions for leading a successful SC reform in China.
