摘要
电气学科作为一门传统学科,在新时代的诸多变革形势下,其人才培养体系也存在重大变革需求。本文提出以"电气化+"为总纲,发挥学科优势,依托各级平台,开展面向"电气化+"的电气工程本科人才培养体系重构的思路,并在"互联网+"现象的启示下对"电气化+"概念进行了深度剖析,尝试构建了"厚基础、宽领域、跨学科、重实践"的课程体系、科教融合的教学模式和培养质量闭环评价机制为重要组成元素的研究型大学电气专业高素质人才培养体系。这一工作可为国内同类专业的人才培养工作者提供直接参照,亦可对其他专业的人才培养提供一种较可行的改进思路。
Electrical engineering is a traditional discipline.Under the many changes in the new era,there are also major changes in its talent training system.This article puts forward the idea of"Electrification+"as the general outline,giving full play to the advantages of this discipline,and relying on all platforms to carry out the reconstruction of the"Electrification+"-oriented electrical engineering undergraduate talent training system.Under the enlightenment of the"Internet+"phenomenon,an in-depth analysis of the concept of"Electrification+"was made,and an attempt was made to construct a"thick foundation,wide field,interdisciplinary,and practice-oriented"curriculum system,a teaching model integrating science and education,and a closed-loop evaluation of training quality.These are important elements of the high-quality personnel training system for electrical majors in research universities.This work can provide a direct reference for domestic talent training workers in similar disciplines,and it can also provide a more feasible improvement idea for talent training in other disciplines.
