Continuous Improvement of the Emerging Engineering Education Training Project iArt

摘要 本文展示了新工科专业"交互新媒体艺术(iArt)"的快速迭代过程。该专业尝试用跨学科实训项目促进自主学习和作品交付、用艺术教育开拓创新思维,在理工科大学里培养兼具动手能力和艺术修养的新型工程师。在过去两年时间里,专业经历了规划论证、培养方案设计、招生运行,已经完成了多个跨学科实训项目,并经受了全面在线教学和实训的考验。又在此基础上,总结经验、思考不足,提出了改进后的培养方案,切实把"学生中心、产出导向、持续改进"落到实处。本文通过对前后两版培养方案的比较,以及对设计思路、改进思路的阐述,如实记录了新工科教改历程中的一个生动案例。 This article describes the rapid iterative process in developing an Emerging Engineering Education major"Interactive Media Art(iArt)".The program attempts to promote self-driven and product-oriented learning by introducing interdisciplinary training project,to develop innovative thinking by introducing elements of art education,to train new engineers with ability in both engineering practice and art activities in an ordinary university of science and engineering.In the past two years,the program has gone through multiple stages including planning and demonstration,curriculums design,enrollment operation,and has successfully completed several practical training projects.Online teaching and projects in cloud have also been tested.Based on those work,the curriculum team summed up experience,thought insufficiently,improved our program to archive"Student-centered,Output-oriented,and continuously improvement".This article records the design and implement of the entire case,provided a vivid sample of the Emerging Engineering Education reform.
