Research on International Representative Engineering Talents Key Competences Model

随着科技革命和产业革命加速演进,新工科建设不仅要思考"培养什么样的人、如何培养人、为谁培养人"等问题,还要回答变革时代中"什么能力最有价值"。本研究收集国际代表性工程人才关键能力模型,分析各能力模型的内容要素、创建方法和结构特征,指出新工科人才关键能力模型构建要具有科学性、可操作性和前瞻性。

In the new era of accelerated evolution of technology and industrial revolution,the Emerging Engineering Education should not only answer"what kind of people to train,how to train people,and for whom"questions,but also pay attention to"what ability is the most valuable".This research collects key competence models of internationally representative engineering talents,analyzes the content elements,creation methods and structural characteristics of each competency model,and points out that the construction of key competence models of new engineering talents should be scientific,operable and forward-looking.
