研究型大学学科组织结构创新探析

On Disciplinary Organizational Structural Innovation of Research Universities

学科交叉融合是当今学科发展的必然趋势,研究型大学需要相应进行学科组织结构创新与制度安排。国内外研究型大学院系学科组织发展比较分析发现,我国大学学院设置数量较多且相对较为封闭,学科界限分明,缺少横向整合资源、促进跨学科发展的制度手段;美国大学学院设置数量较少且具有更强开放性,相互交流频繁,有利于促进学科交叉。我国研究型大学需要加强制度设计,创新院系学科组织结构,增强组织的开放性,形成"扁平化"学科组织结构,顺应和促进学科交叉融合发展。

Interdisciplinary integration is an inevitable trend in the development of disciplines.Universities need to innovate the organizational structure of disciplines and make institutional arrangements as a guarantee.Through the comparative analysis of the current situation of the development of university disciplinary organizations at home and abroad,which found that the number of colleges in China is large and relatively closed,lack of institutional means to integrate resources horizontally and promote interdisciplinary development.However,the number of colleges in the United States is small and has a stronger openness,frequent exchanges,which is conducive to promoting interdisciplinary development.Universities in China need to strengthen the top-level design and institutional guarantee of interdisciplinary organizations,enhance the openness of the organization,build a"flat"disciplinary organizational structure,and respond to the development of interdisciplinary integration.
