摘要
工作4.0代表了数字时代的工作世界变革。工作类型的就业替代与创造,工作组织的平台化与液态化,用工方式的零工化与外包化以及工作内容的知识化与智慧化共同构成了工作4.0的关键表征。如何顺应这一变革趋势,应对数字时代对高技能人才的新需求,是职业教育人才培养研究亟需关注的问题。在分析工作4.0对职业教育人才培养提出的新挑战的基础上,建议提升专业规划与调整的动态性与前瞻性,培养学生创新和应对复杂情境的能力,不断深化产教融合育人新机制等方面加以应对。
Work 4.0 represents the change of the working world in the digital age.The key characteristics of work 4.0 are the substitution and creation of job types,the platform and liquid work organization,the odd work and outsourcing of employment mode,and the knowledge and wisdom of work content.How to adapt to this change trend and respond to the new demand for high skilled talents in the digital era is an urgent issue for vocational education personnel training research.Therefore,vocational education in the digital era needs to enhance the dynamic and forward-looking of professional planning and adjustment from multiple aspects;design teaching for practice to cultivate students’ability of innovation and response to complex situations;clarify the responsibility of enterprise training,and constantly deepen the new mechanism of production education integration to meet the new challenges of vocational education talent training proposed by work 4.0.
