20世纪20至40年代,中国大地,内有军阀混战剥削压迫,外有列强环列虎视眈眈,内忧外患,民不聊生。特别是日本军国主义的野蛮入侵,中华民族濒临亡国灭种的境地。那时候的济南亦同样面临着血雨腥风——第一次大革命的大浪淘沙;野蛮曰军的炮火轰炸和残酷屠杀.

In the 1920s to 1940s,the people were deprived of their means of survival,as China suffered frequent civil wars and exploitation and oppression caused by warlords,as well as threats from the big powers.Faced with domestic turmoil and foreign aggression,especially the invasion of Japanese militarism,the Chinese nation was on the verge of extinction.In such an environment,Jinan was stuck in a precarious situation,tottering on due to the failure of the first revolution,bombings and massacres by Japanese troops,and the misery brought by the outbreak of the Sino-Japanese War.Every man has a share of responsibility for the fate of his country.Countless patriots valiantly plunged into the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.
