烟台剪纸是一门古老的传统民间艺术,迄今已有600多年的历史。2008年,烟台剪纸入选国家级非物质文化遗产,2009年烟台剪纸作为中国剪纸的重要组成部分入选联合国教科文组织《人类非物质文化遗产代表作》名录。2019年"烟台剪纸"群体性创新传承模式,获得第四届山东省政府文化创新奖,进一步确定了烟台剪纸在全国乃至世界的重要地位。梁巧艳,1983年生人,自5岁起随奶奶学习剪纸,至今已30余年,拥有国家级非遗——烟台剪纸项目市级代表性传承人,第十二届烟台市青联委员,烟台市签约文艺家.
Yantai paper cutting is an ancient traditional folk art with a history of over 600 years.Yantai paper cutting was selected as a national-level intangible cultural heritage in 2008.It was selected among the list of Masterpieces of the Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO as an important component of Chinese paper cutting in 2009.In 2019,the collective mode of innovative inheritance of Yantai paper cutting won the 4th Governmental Award of Cultural Innovation in Shandong Province,further entrenching the important role of Yantai paper cutting in China and even in the world.
