一支黑色活性染料应用性能研究

Study on Dyeing of a Black Reactive Dye

以黄、红、蓝三支活性染料复配,得到一支黑色活性染料,并对其应用性能进行研究。结果表明:该黑色活性染料具有良好的上染率、提升力、固色率和染色重现性,特别是耐摩擦色牢度优异;染色织物具有良好的手感,适用于棉织品染色。

A black reactive dye was prepared by compounding yellow,red and blue reactive dyes,and its application performance was studied.The results show that the black reactive dye has good dye uptake,lifting power,fixation rate and dyeing reproducibility,especially excellent color fastness to rubbing;the dyed fabric has good handle,which is suitable for dyeing conton fiber particularly.
