艳丽牢活性染料尼龙染色工艺研究及应用

Study and Application of Dyeing Process of Eriofast Reactive Dyestuff on Nylon

讨论了艳丽牢系列活性染料应用于尼龙纤维的染色工艺,考察了盐的种类及用量、染色深度、染浴pH值、后处理工艺等因素对染色效果的影响。按染色深度细化了染色工艺:在浅色(1.5%o.w.f.以下)染色中不添加CaCl2,并简化了后处理工艺。优化工艺应用于实际生产缩短了染色流程,减少了浅色的色花疵病,提高了染色重现性。

The dyeing process of nylon fiber with Eriofast series of reactive dyes was discussed and the effects of salt type and dosage,dyeing depth,pH value of dyeing bath and post-treatment process on the dyeing effect were investigated.The dyeing process was refined according to the dyeing depth:no CaCl2 was added in the light color shade(below 1.5%,o.w.f.)dyeing,and the post-treatment process was simplified.The process was applied to the actual production,which could shorten the dyeing process,reduce dyeing defects of light color and enhance the dyeing reproducibility.
