欠发达地区社区教育何以发展——基于江西省社区教育近20年的回顾、反思与展望

How to Develop Community Education in Underdeveloped Areas——Based on the Review,Reflection and Prospect of Community Education in Jiangxi Province over the past 20 years

作为欠发达地区的江西省,其社区教育的理论研究和实践起步都晚于发达地区,在历经萌芽探索、稳步发展、加速推进三个阶段的摸索和实践之后,在社区教育制度设计、机构搭建、体系建设、品牌创建、活动开展等方面取得了一定成效,但也存在着制约社区教育持续发展的系列困境和难题。通过梳理江西省社区教育近20年的发展历程,全面总结发展过程中的得与失、经验和问题,从而为全面擘画“十四五”教育新阶段勾勒出更加符合时代新变化、实践新要求和人民新期盼的社区教育发展图景。

Jiangxi Province,as an underdeveloped region,the theoretical research and practice of community education started later than that in developed regions.Now Jiangxi has achieved some results in the system design,institutions establishment,system construction,brand building and activity development of the community education,but there still exists some problems.By combing the development process of community education in Jiangxi Province in the past 20 years,this paper summarizes the gains and losses,experience and problems in the development process,so as to draw a new stage of education in the 14th five-year-plan,and outline the development prospect of community education that is more in line with the new changes of the times,new requirements of practice and new expectations of the people.
