摘要
学习资源作为承载知识内容的媒介,在社区教育中起着关键作用。调查显示,湖南社区教育学习资源的应用呈现如下特点:社区居民对学习资源的应用具有很强的愿望,网络发布和书屋借赠是社区教育机构供应学习资源的主要形式,社区居民对学习资源的应用需求呈现多样化,资源质量、学习意识、支持服务和评价激励是影响应用效果的主要因素。在学习资源的应用过程中,还存在资源供应不足不平衡、支持服务不够周到、应用管理不够顺畅、效果不够明显等问题。因此建议,在社区教育学习资源的应用方面,必须重视其基础保障和统筹规划,建立其质量审核机制和共享应用模式,完善其支持服务体系,建立其效果评价机制。
Learning resources plays a key role in the community education.According to the survey,the application of learning resources in Hunan community education has the following characteristics:community residents have a strong desire for the application of learning resources,and their requirements are diversified.But now the main forms are network release and library lending.This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the application effect,such as resources quality,learning consciousness,support service and evaluation incentive.Then gives some advice on the application of learning resources in community education,that is,paying attention to the basic guarantee and overall planning,establishing its quality audit mechanism and shared application model,improving the support service system,and establishing the effect evaluation mechanism.
