科技成果转移转化是实现创新驱动发展,促进综合国力持续提升的重要引擎。概括了支撑科技成果高效顺利转移转化的要素,归纳了作为科技成果转移转化“桥梁”的全国学会等科技社团开展科技成果转移转化的工作流程,探讨了科技社团在科技成果转化工作中的主要问题和对策,并提出了以专业化“产学研”融合平台建设为基础、以科技成果信息发布和服务保障为支撑的全周期科技成果转移转化服务模式。

Transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important engine to realize the strategy of innovation-driven development and improve national power. This paper summarizes the elements that support the transfer and transformation efficiently and smoothly, and sorts out the working process of scientific and technological societies which serve as a bridge for transfer and transformation of sci-tech achievements. Then, it discusses the main problems and countermeasures in transformation of sci-tech achievements. A full-cycle sci-tech achievement transformation service mode is suggested, which is based on the construction of a specialized"industry-university-research"integration platform and guaranteed by achievement information release and service.
