Legal risk regulation of"Internet+"Traditional Chinese Medicine platform

近年来,伴随着医疗产业的快速发展和互联网技术的深入应用,“互联网+”中医药平台兴起,大量资本投入市场,刺激线上医疗产业的迅猛发展。特别是新冠疫情爆发后,“互联网+”中医药平台的优势彰显,有助于便利患者就医,提高医疗服务质量与效率,也推动智慧医疗的实现。通过分析“互联网+”中医药平台建设与实践应用中的共性疑问,提出相关的法律风险规制建议,以促进我国“互联网+”中医药产业的健康可持续发展。

In recent years,with the rapid development of the medical industry and the in-depth application of Internet technology,the rise of the Internet+Traditional Chinese Medicine platform and a large amount of capital into the market have stimulated the rapid development of the online medical industry.Especially after the outbreak of coVID-19,the advantages of Internet+platform of traditional Chinese Medicine highlighted,which help to facilitate patients for medical treatment,improve medical service quality and efficiency,and promote the realization of the intelligent medical.Through analyzing Internet+platform construction and practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine application of common questions,this paper made suggestions on relevant legal risk regulation,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of China's Internet+industry of Traditional Chinese Medicine。
