摘要
卫生法学作为一门新兴的交叉学科,在我国尚未形成独有的知识体系。卫生法学的研究范畴、研究范式、方法论等基本问题在卫生法学界也缺乏基本共识。完善的卫生法学学科体系是培养卫生法治人才的重要前提,对加强我国卫生法治建设,全面实施健康中国战略具有重要意义。欧洲是现代法学和公共卫生法治的起源地,具有一套较为完善的卫生法学学科体系。本文通过对欧洲卫生法学学科建设进行全景式分析,为构建我国卫生法学学科体系提供经验与启示。
As a new interdisciplinary subject,health law has not formed a unique knowledge system in China.There is also a lack of consensus in the field of health law on the research scope,research paradigm and methodology of health law.A perfect discipline system of health law is an important prerequisite for training health legal talents,and is of great significance for strengthening the construction of health legal system in our country and comprehensively implementing the strategy of healthy China.Europe is the origin of modern law and the rule of law in public health,and has a relatively perfect discipline system of health law.This paper makes a panoramic analysis of the construction of the discipline of health law in Europe to provide experience and inspiration for the construction of the discipline system of health law in China.
