膜式固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-质谱联用检测饮用水中22种药物与个人护理品残留 被引量:3

Determination of 22 pharmaceuticals and personal care products in water by membrane solid phase extraction-coupled with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

摘要 目的建立膜式固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-质谱同时测定生活饮用水中22种药物与个人护理品(PPCPs)的检测方法。方法在选定的膜式固相萃取条件下,采用超高效液相色谱-质谱多反应离子监测(MRM)方式外标法进行定量分析。结果22种PPCPs线性关系良好,相关系数均在0.995以上。空白加标回收率为64%~105%,重复检测6次,相对标准偏差为4.5%~13.5%。结论相比柱式固相萃取,膜式固相萃取具有简便快速、灵敏度高、自动化程度高等优点,该PPCPs检测方法更适用于多水样的快速监测。 Objective To develop a method for the determination of 22 pharmaceuticals and personal care products(PPCPS)in water by membrane solid phase extraction coupled with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Methods PPCPs in drinking water were extracted under the selected membrane solid phase extraction.The quantification was accomplished by external standard method using multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode of UPLC-MS.Results The correlative coefficients for 22 PPCPs were over 0.995 within good linear response;the spike recoveries of PPCPs were within64%-105%,the RSD were within 4.5%-13.5%after repeating the test for 6 times.Conclusion Compared to column solid phase extraction,the membrane solid phase extraction method was highly sensitive,better precise and accuracy with high level of automation,which is much more convenient and faster for the monitoring of PPCPs in water.
