温州市售白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯的含量测定及影响因素分析

Determination of phthalate esters in liquor of Wenzhou City and analysis of influencing factors

目的了解温州市售白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的含量及影响因素。方法按照《食品中邻苯二甲酸酯的测定方法》(GB 5009.271—2016),采用气相色谱单四级杆质谱方法,对温州市售的50份白酒进行邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)等16种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的测定。结果检出DMP、DIBP、DBP、DEHP 4种塑化剂组分,其他组分未检出,总检出率为70.0%(35/50),总DBP超标率为34.0%(17/50),其中商品化白酒中DBP超标率为6.7%(2/29),农村散装自制白酒DBP超标率为71.4%(15/21)。结论白酒受到了部分塑化剂污染,尤其是农村自制散装白酒,其潜在的健康危害和风险还需要进一步全面评估。

Objective To investigate the content and influencing factors of phthalate plasticizer in liquor sold in Wenzhou city.Methods According to Methods for the Determination of Phthalate Esters in Food(GB 5009.271—2016),gas chromatography single quaternary rod mass spectrometry was used to detect sixteen kinds of phthalate esters,such as dimethyl phthalate(DMP),diethyl phthalate(DEP),diisobutyl phthalate(DIBP)and dibutyl phthalate(DBP),in 50 samples of liquor sold in Wenzhou City.Results Four plasticizer components,including DMP,DIBP,DBP and DEHP,were detected.The total detection rate was 70.0%(35/50),and the total DBP over-standard rate was 34.0%(17/50).The over-standard rate of DBP in commercial liquor was 6.7%(2/29).The exceeding rate of DBP in rural bulk self-made liquor was 71.4%(15/21).Conclusion Liquor is contaminated by some plasticizers,especially in rural bulk liquors,and its potential health hazards and risks need to be further evaluated.
