2015年-2020年安阳市部分医院消毒质量监测

Monitoring on disinfection quality of some hospitals in Anyang City from 2015 to 2020

目的了解安阳市各级医院消毒工作状况,为医院消毒与感染防控提供依据。方法2015年-2020年对安阳市部分医院进行消毒效果监测,监测数据用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果2015年-2020年共监测样品4267份,合格3603份,总合格率为84.43%;2015年-2020年各年度合格率分别为84.61%、83.63%、84.61%、85.20%、85.42%、83.41%,各年度合格率维持在一个平稳水平;2015年-2020年市直医院、民营医院、社区医院的合格率分别为91.24%、79.20%、75.30%,市直医院消毒效果合格率最高,社区医院的合格率最低,不同级别医院差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=171.526,P=0.0000)。各监测对象合格率为64.24%~99.10%,压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率较高,医护人员手卫生合格率较低。结论安阳市医院消毒质量整体较好,但薄弱环节突出,消毒管理工作仍应加强。

Objective To understand the disinfection status of the hospitals in Anyang City,and to provide basis for hospital disinfection and infection prevention.Methods From 2015 to 2020,the disinfection effect of some hospitals in Anyang City was monitored,and the monitoring data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software.Results From 2015 to 2020,a total of4267 samples were monitored,of which 3603 were qualified,with a total qualified rate of 84.43%.From 2015 to 2020,the annual pass rate was 84.61%,83.63%,84.61%,85.20%,85.42%,83.41%,respectively,and the annual pass rate remained at a stable level.From 2015 to 2020,the qualified rates of municipal hospitals,private hospitals and community hospitals were 91.24%,79.20%and 75.30%,respectively.The qualified rate of disinfection effect in municipal hospitals was the highest,and the qualified rate in community hospitals was the lowest.The difference between different levels of hospitals was statistically significant(χ^(2)=171.526,P=0.000).The qualified rate of each monitored object is within 64.24%-99.10%,the qualified rate of pressure steam sterilizer is higher,and the qualified rate of hand hygiene of medical staff is lower.Conclusion The disinfection quality of Anyang hospitals is good on the whole,but the weak links are prominent,so disinfection management should be strengthened.
