摘要
目的了解苍南县早餐豆浆中人工合成甜味剂的添加使用情况,分析早餐豆浆使用食品添加剂中存在的主要问题,为食品安全监管提供参考和建议。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取2019年-2020年苍南县范围内的固定和流动摊位作为调查对象,采集样品进行检测,对检测结果进行资料整理及统计学分析。结果148份样品中没有检出甜蜜素、安赛蜜、糖精钠这3种合成甜味剂的仅占40.5%,其余的都添加了其中的1种或1种以上的合成甜味剂。目前苍南县早餐豆浆中3种常见人工合成甜味剂不合格率为17.6%,最主要表现在违规使用了不得添加于饮料类食品的糖精钠,其次是超限量使用甜蜜素。另外甜味剂存在不规范使用的情况。流动摊点和固定摊点的样品甜味剂在不合格率和检出率上无显著差异。结论应进一步加强市售食品的安全监管工作,更好地维护广大消费者的权益。
Objective To this research o understand the use of artificial sweeteners in breakfast soybean milk in Cangnan County.Through the analysis of the main problems in the use of food additives in breakfast soybean milk,the paper provides suggestions for food safety supervision.Methods Stratified random sampling method was adopted to select fixed and mobile booths in Cangnan County from 2019 to 2020 as the investigation objects.The samples were collected for testing,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The samples in which three kinds of artificial sweeteners including cyclamate,acesee and saccharin sodium were not detected accounted for 40.5%of the 148 samples.And addition of one or more artificial sweeteners was detected in the rest samples.At present,the unqualified rate of the three artificial sweeteners in the breakfast soybean milk of Cangnan County is 17.6%.The main performance is the illegal addition of saccharin sodium which can’t be added to beverage food,followed by the excessive use of sodium cyclamate.Non-standard use of artificial sweeteners exist.In addition,there was no significant difference in the failure rate and detection rate between mobile stand and fixed stand.Conclusion The safety supervision of food on the market should be further strengthened to better safeguard the rights and interests of consumers.
