建党一百年来我国高等教育“产教共生关系”的演变

The Evolution of the Symbiotic Relationship between Production and Education in China’s Higher Education since the Founding of the CPC

产教共生关系是指教育与产业作为两个独立的社会主体,基于各自的利益需求在社会发展的大背景下而形成的交互关系。建党一百年来中国高等教育"产教共生关系"的演变主要有中国共产党建党前学为政本主导型、革命根据地的军事主导型、中华人民共和国成立初期的计划主导型、"文革"时期的政治导向型、改革开放时期的市场导向型、新时代创新导向型等形态。综观中国产教关系的发展,中国共产党领导下的政府在"产教共生关系"中发挥着不可替代的作用,政府只有扮演好自身的角色,才能促进产教和谐共生,才能促进全球良性治理,才能真正构建人类命运共同体。

The symbiotic relationship between industry and education refers to the interactive relationship between education and industry as two independent social subjects in the process of formation and development based on their respective interests and needs in the context of social development.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the evolution of the symbiotic relationship between industry and education in China’s higher education can be summed up as follows:the symbiotic relationship between industry and education with learning as the basis of the government before the founding of CPC;the symbiotic relationship under military leadership in revolutionary bases,the symbiotic relationship led by a planned economy in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the politics-oriented symbiotic relationship in the Cultural Revolution,the market-oriented symbiotic relationship since the Reform and Opening-up and the innovation-oriented symbiotic relationship in the new era.Taking a comprehensive view of the development of the relationship between industry and education in China,the government under the leadership of the Communist Party of China plays an irreplaceable role in the"symbiotic relationship between industry and education".Only when the government plays its own role,can it promote the harmonious symbiosis between industry and education,promote the benign global governance,and truly build a community of shared future for mankind.
