妇安消疹洗液治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Fu’anxiaozhen lotion in the treatment of candidal vaginitis

目的观察妇安消疹洗液治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年1-12月于十堰市太和医院妇产科中心就诊的念珠菌性阴道炎患者164例,应用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各82例。对照组给予克霉唑栓治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予妇安消疹洗液治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、临床症状消失时间和治疗前后阴道p H值、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、严重程度指数(EASI)和生活质量指数(DLQI)评分。结果治疗10 d后,观察组总有效率为90.24%,高于对照组的71.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.950,P=0.003)。观察组外阴阴道瘙痒、外阴红肿疼痛、白带异常、排尿困难消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗10 d后,2组p H值及血清CRP水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与治疗前比较,治疗10 d后2组EASI评分降低,DLQI评分升高,且观察组降低/升高幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论妇安消疹洗液治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的效果显著,且安全性好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fu’anxiaozhen lotion in the treatment of candidal vaginitis.Methods 164 patients with candidal vaginitis who were treated at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Center of Taihe Hospital of Shiyan City from January to December 2018 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 82 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clotrimazole suppository,and the observation group was treated with Fu’anxiaozhen lotion on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,vaginal p H,serum C reactive protein(CRP)level,eczema area and severity index(EASI)and dermatological quality of life index(DLQI)before and after treatment scores were compared between the two groups.Results After 10 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.24%,which was higher than 71.95%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.950,P=0.003).The disappearance time of vulvar vagina pruritus,vulvar redness and pain,abnormal leucorrhea,and dysuria in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After 10 days of treatment,the p H and serum CRP levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment,after 10 days of treatment,the EASI score of the two groups decreased,and the DLQI score increased,and the decrease/increasing amplitude of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Fu’anxiaozhen lotion is effective and safe in the treatment of candidal vaginitis and has good safety.
