摘要
目的探讨TLR-9基因多态性与肺结核易感性的相关性。方法计算机检索知网、万方数据库、大医医学网、PubMed数据库关于TLR-9基因多态性(rs352139和rs187084)与肺结核易感性相关的病例对照研究,检索时间从建库截至2019年10月10日。提取相关信息,根据等位基因模型、显性模型、隐性模型、纯合子比较模型、杂合子比较模型进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9篇文献,病例组8 280例、对照组8 959例。Meta分析结果显示:TLR9 rs352139多态性与肺结核易感性无显著相关性,等位基因模型G vs A:OR=1.04,95%CI:0.85~1.27;显性模型AA vs AG+GG:OR=0.91,95%CI:0.71~1.18;隐性模型GG vs AG+AA:OR=1.00,95%CI:0.70~1.44;纯合子比较模型GG vs AA:OR=1.06,95%CI:0.75~1.51;杂合子比较模型AG vs AA:OR=1.09,95%CI:0.82~1.46。TLR9 rs187084多态性与肺结核易感性无显著相关性,等位基因模型C vs T:OR=0.99,95%CI:0.89~1.10;显性模型TT vs TC+CC:OR=1.11,95%CI:0.94~1.31;隐性模型CC vs TC+TT:OR=1.04,95%CI:0.86~1.25;纯合子比较模型CC vs TT:OR=0.92,95%CI:0.72~1.16;杂合子比较模型TC vs TT:OR=0.86,95%CI:0.63~1.17。结论 TLR-9基因多态性(rs352139和rs187084)与肺结核易感性无明显相关性。
Objective To explore the correlations between TLR-9 gene polymorphism and pulmonary tuberculosis susceptibility.Methods CNKI,WanFang database,DAYI database and PubMed were subject to the computer retrieval for articles on the correlations between TLR-9 polymorphism(rs352139 and rs187084)and cases with pulmonary tuberculosis susceptibility with the retrieval duration from the inception to October 10,2019.Related information were extracted,and the meta analysis was performed on the gene model,dominant model,recessive model,homozygous comparison model and heterozygous comparison model.Results Nine literatures with 8280 patients and 8959 patients in the control group were enrolled.Meta analysis results showed that there was no significant correlations between TLR9 rs352139 polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility,allelic model G vs A:OR=1.04,95%CI:0.85-1.27;dominant model AA vs AG+GG:OR=0.91,95%CI:0.71-1.18;recessive model GG vs AG+AA:OR=1.00,95%CI:0.70-1.44;homozygous comparison model GG vs AA:OR=1.06,95%CI:0.75-1.51;heterozygous comparison model AG vs AA:OR=1.09,95%CI:0.82-1.46.held,TLR9 rs187084 polymorphism wasn′t significantly related to the tuberculosis susceptibility,Allelic model C vs T:OR=0.99,95%CI:0.89-1.10;dominant model TT vs TC+CC:OR=1.11,95%CI:0.94-1.31;recessive model CC vs TC+TT:OR=1.04,95%CI:0.86-1.25;homozygous comparison CC vs TT:OR=0.92,95%CI:0.72-1.16;and heterozygous comparison TC vs TT:OR=0.86,95%CI:0.63-1.17 held.Conclusion TLR-9 polymorphism(rs352139 and rs187084)were no significantly correlated with tuberculosis susceptibility.
