基于SMART法则的高校巡察工作常态化路径探究——以北京邮电大学为例

Normalization Path of Political Inspection in Colleges and Universities Based on SMART Rule—Taking Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an Example

SMART(specific,measurable,attainable,relevant,time-bound)法则是一种目标管理的方法,能够有效辅助制定和执行目标,提升工作效率。为使高校巡察工作目标更明确、效果更显著,根据SMART法则的原理,利用5个目标管理成分对高校巡察工作中存在的问题进行分析,提出高校巡察工作常态化路径,并将其应用到北京邮电大学巡察工作实践中,以期为高校巡察路径建设提供参考。

SMART(specific,measurable,attainable,relevant,time-bound)rule is a kind of objective management method,which can effectively assist in formulating and implementing objectives and improve work efficiency.With the purpose of making the objectives of the political inspection in colleges and universities clearer and the effect more remarkable,according to the principle and the five target management components of SMART rule,the problems existing in the political inspection work in colleges and universities are analyzed,and a normalization path is put forward,and applied to the political inspection work of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications,which has a certain guiding role in the construction of political inspection path in colleges and universities.
