摘要
针对国内对外墙外保温的胶粘剂有效成分含量检测困难的问题,提出一种溶出分离的方法。为验证该方法的可行性,以某工程外墙中的抹面砂浆硬化体作为样品,在样品预处理的基础上,采用溶出分离的方法,选择甲苯、乙酸乙酯、丙酮作为溶解试剂,从而提取抹面砂浆硬化体中的共聚物粘胶剂。然后用傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱仪、综合热分析仪分析了样品中聚合物含量。结果表明,在得到的7g样品中,测定得到聚合物组分含量为3.2%;通过红外光谱与示差扫描量热证实,该样品中含有的有效聚合物成分为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物。
In order to solve the problem that it was difficult to detect the effective component content of adhesives for external wall insulation in China,a dissolution separation method is proposed.In order to verify the feasibility of this method,the hardened body of the plastering mortar in the exterior wall of a certain project was used as a sample.Based on the sample pretreatment,the method of dissolution and separation was adopted,and toluene,ethyl acetate,and acetone were selected as dissolving reagents to extract copolymer adhesive in hardened body of plastering mortar.Then the polymer content in the sample was analyzed by means of Fourier transform infrared absorption spectrometer,comprehensive thermal analyzer.The results show that in the obtained 7g sample,the polymer component content was determined to be 3.2%;it was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry that the effective polymer component contained in the sample was ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer.
