体育器材用石墨烯复合材料的磨损性能研究

摘要 针对石墨烯复合材料在体育器材制造上的广泛应用,而缺乏对该材料性能研究的问题,本研究从该材料的显微组织、力学性能、耐磨损性能,以及耐腐蚀性能对其性能进行了初步探索。通过制备以石墨烯为增强体的体育器材用复合材料,并与现有广泛用于商用的AZ31镁合金材料进行对比实验,探讨了该材料的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能,重点研究分析了该材料的磨损性能。实验结果表明,本研究制备的体育器材用石墨烯复合材料复合材料耐磨损性能良好,具有良好的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能,且优于AZ31镁合金材料。 In view of the wide application of graphene composite in sports equipment manufacturing,but the lack of research on its properties,this study made a preliminary exploration on its properties from the microstructure,mechanical properties,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the material.Through the preparation of graphene reinforced sports equipment composite material,and a coMParative experiment with the existing AZ31 magnesium alloy material widely used in commercial use,the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the material were discussed,and the wear performance of the material was mainly studied and analyzed.The experimental results show that the graphene composite for sports equipment prepared in this study has good wear resistance,good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance,and is better than AZ31 magnesium alloy.
