摘要 近来来,随着我国自然灾害的增多,电网的安全问题变得日益凸出。电网应急培训演练属于电力行业五大应急体系之一,它的开展可以提高电网企业抢修救援工作的效率,增强工作人员的全意识和应急处置能力,对提高电网企业应急管理水平具有重要的意义。文章介绍了电网应急演练培训管理的目的、对象和管理机构等;从资源管理模块、导演管理模块等多方面研究了电网应急演练培训管理系统的设计,并通过系统实现与仿真说名了该系统适用于电网应急培训管理。 In recent years,with the increase of natural disasters in China,the problem of power grid security has become increasingly prominent.Power network emergency training and drill is one of the five emergency systems in power industry.It can improve the efficiency of emergency repair and rescue work of power grid enterprises and enhance the full understanding and emergency handling ability of the staff,which is of great significance to improve the emergency management level of power grid enterprises.This paper introduces the purpose,object and management organization of power grid emergency drill training management.This paper studies the design of power grid emergency training management system from the resource management module,director management module and other aspects.The system implementation and simulation show that the system is suitable for power network emergency training management.
