摘要 为了对基于道路施工的路基填料-沥青进行改性,考察了SBS、HV、SK90和KL70沥青与路基填料的交互作用。结果表明,随着填料体积百分数增加,沥青-填料复数剪切模量C逐渐减小,剪切模量系数G、爱因斯坦系数k和复数粘度系数η逐渐增加;相同填料体积分数下,沥青-填料的复数剪切模量C、剪切模量系数G和复数粘度系数η从大至小的顺序为:SBS>HV>SK90>KL70,爱因斯坦系数k从大至小的顺序为:KL70>SBS>HV>SK90。随着填料体积分数的增加,交互作用系数呈现逐渐减小的特征,填料关键体积分数从大至小顺序为KL>SK>HV>SBS。影响沥青-填料交互作用最明显的是沥青中的羟基和填料中的CaCO3。 In order to modify the subgrade filler asphalt based on road construction,interaction between SBS,HV,SK90 and KL70 asphalt and roadbed filler was investigated.The results show that the complex shear modulus C of asphalt filler decreases with the increase of filler volume fraction,while the shear modulus coefficient G,Einstein coefficient k and complex viscosity coefficient η increase gradually;Under the same filler volume fraction,the order of the complex shear modulus C,shear modulus coefficient G and complex viscosity coefficientηof asphalt-filler from large to small is:SBS>HV>SK90>KL70,and the Einstein coefficient k from large to small order:KL70>SBS>HV>SK90.With the increase of filler volume fraction,the interaction coefficient shows a characteristic of gradual decrease.The order of the key volume fraction of filler is KL>SK>HV>SBS.The most obvious factors affecting the interaction between asphalt and filler are hydroxyl group in asphalt and CaCO3 in filler.
