摘要 振动是评价电梯乘运质量的关键指标之一,通过对某台2:1曳引比电梯建立垂直振动模型,分析影响电梯振动的关键因素。文中采用拉格朗日理论推导出9自由度动力学微分方程,并通过模态分析得出电梯垂直振动系统的固有频率。使用Newmark-β法对动力学方程进行求解,同时使用EVA-625振动仪对电梯进行检测。通过分析模型及实验结果,找出影响电梯垂直振动的关键参数。 Vibration is one of the key indexes for evaluating the quality of elevator travel.The vertical vibration model of an elevator with 2:1 traction ratio was established,and the key factors affecting the vibration of the elevator were analyzed.The dynamic differential equation with 9 degrees of freedom was derived by Lagrange’s equation,and the natural frequency of elevator vertical vibration system was obtained by modal analysis.Newmark-βmethod was adopted to solve the dynamic equation,and EVA-625 vibration meter was used to test the elevator.Through model analysis and experimental results,the key parameters affecting the vertical vibration of elevators were figure out.
