为更好完善电梯应急处置平台建设及理论支撑,以解决电梯使用过程中及电梯应急救援过程中导致的电梯损害赔偿问题,文中提出了电梯损坏赔偿涉及的5种问题,并予以详细分析,提出了处理此类问题的意见及依据,着重研究了电梯应急救援机构救援过程中导致电梯损坏赔偿问题的处理,提出了现存影响社会性电梯救援机构充分发挥作用的因素及缺少明确法律保障,也为此类问题的处理提供了一种思路及可参考的依据。

In order to improve the construction of elevator emergency disposal platform and provide theoretical support to solve elevator damage compensation problems caused during elevator use and emergency rescue,this paper points out five problems involved in elevator damage compensation,makes a detailed analysis,gives opinions and basis for dealing with such problems,focuses on the treatment of elevator damage compensation problem caused by rescue process,and puts forward the existing factors affecting the full play of elevator rescue agencies and the lack of clear legal guarantee,which also provides ideas and reference for the treatment of such problems.
