摘要
为改善异构无线网络的业务接入质量,建立异构无线网络的多目标优化数学模型,利用权重向量与个体的匹配优化和自适应领域的策略对MOEA/D算法进行改进,提升种群的多样性和算法收敛性,还使Pareto最优解的分布更加均匀。通过在8个多目标函数上进行测试,得到的IGD均值和标准差明显优于其它3种比较算法,验证了改进策略的有效性和优越性。仿真结果表明,改进算法在处理异构网络接入控制时,能够综合考虑占用资源率、网络阻塞率和负载均衡,得到的效果均优于其它3种算法,实现了网络资源的优化配置,改善了业务的接入质量。
To improve the access quality of heterogeneous wireless networks,a multi-objective optimization mathematical model of heterogeneous wireless networks was established.The MOEA/D algorithm was improved using the matching optimization of weight vector and individual and the strategy of adaptive domain,which not only improved the population diversity and algorithm convergence,but also made the Pareto optimal solution more evenly distributed.By testing on eight multidimensional functions,the mean value and standard deviation of IGD are obviously better than the other three comparison algorithms,which verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the improved strategy.The simulation results show that the improved algorithm can comprehensively consider the occupancy rate,network blocking rate and load balance when dealing with the control of heterogeneous network access,and the results are better than the other three algorithms,which realizes the optimal allocation of network resources and improves the access quality of services.
