黄土高原水资源调控及生态保护研究评述

Review on Water Resources Regulation and Ecosystem Protection in the Loess Plateau

近年来,黄土高原水土保持工作在泥沙拦截方面取得了明显成果,但如何保住土、留住水、用好水依然是黄土高原水资源利用和生态环境保护的瓶颈。文章对黄土高原水资源形成与调控机制研究现状、进展及存在问题进行了论述,对黄土高原水资源调控和生态系统恢复与保护的研究趋势进行了分析,可为生态保护与高质量发展提供借鉴。

In recent years,work on soil and water conservation in the Loess Plateau has achieved overwhelming results in sediment interception,however,how to preserve soil,retain water,and make good use of water resources is still the bottleneck of water resources utilization and ecological environment protection in the Loess Plateau.The article discusses the current situation,progress and existing problems of the research on the formation and regulation mechanism of water resources in the Loess Plateau,and analyzes the research trends of water resources regulation and ecosystem restoration and protection in the Loess Plateau,which provides reference for ecological protection and high-quality development in the Loess Plateau area.
