摘要
水电站双向门式启闭机包括小车架结构、门架和回转吊结构,各结构体系需要联合承载。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立双向门式启闭机小车架和门架的联合承载能力仿真模型,分析不同工况下小车架及门架的静力学特性,评价机械运行状态、抗倾覆稳定性和结构联合受力的安全性。结果表明,该启闭机小车架和门架结构和性能整体符合规范要求;门机抗倾覆稳定性安全系数较低,需增加配重10 t,应对应力集中部位进行局部加强。
The two-way portal hoist of a hydropower station consists a trolley frame structure,a gantry frame and a slewing crane structure,and each structural system jointly bears the load.With the finite element analysis software ANSYS,a simulation model of the joint bearing capacity of the trolley frame and the gantry frame is established to analyze the static characteristics of the trolley frame and the gantry frame,and to evaluate the mechanical operation state,the stability against overturning and the safety of the joint load bearing of the structure under different conditions.The results show that the structure and performance of the trolley frame and gantry frame of the hoist meet the requirements of the specification;The safety factor of the anti-overturning stability of the portal hoist is relatively low,and the counterweight needs to be increased by 10 tons,and the stress concentration areas need to be strengthened locally.
