水工隧洞几个问题浅议

Discussion on Several Issues of Hydraulic Tunnels

长期以来,水工隧洞在设计、施工及运行管理过程中,相关水工设计规范对软岩隧洞预留变形量、高水头外水压力的设计取值以及隧洞周边固接灌浆等问题没有明确规定,以至于施工过程中,参建各方争议不断。因此,文章结合黄河上游拉西瓦、羊曲、玛尔挡等大型水电站水工隧洞设计、施工运行情况,进行分析总结,提出了不同的处理措施,为水工隧洞的设计、施工及运行管理提供借鉴。

For a long time,in the process of design,construction and operation management of hydraulic tunnels,the relevant hydraulic design specifications have no specific provisions for the reserved deformation of soft rock tunnels,the design value of high-head external water pressure,and the consolidation grouting around the tunnel.Hence,during the construction process,the parties involved in the construction dispute constantly on the above-mentioned issues.Therefore,this article analyzes and summarizes the design,construction and operation of large hydropower stations such as Laxiwa,Yangqu,and Mardang on the upper reaches of the Yellow River,and proposes different treatment measures,providing reference for the design,construction and operation of hydraulic tunnels.
