摘要
如何合理、有效地提高集电线路的耐雷水平,降低线路跳闸率,是提高风电场运行可靠性面临的主要问题。文章结合集电线路特点分析了集电线路的主要防雷措施与方法。分析认为:架设避雷线、降低接地电阻、装设避雷器、加强线路绝缘、直埋电缆方案等均有一定的防雷效果,集电线路只是架设避雷线,并不能本质性地改善线路的防雷效果。对于目前一般雷电活动地区,集电线路35 kV宜采用3~4片瓷或玻璃绝缘子及进线段设计,同时在箱变出口配置避雷器时,箱变附近杆塔的耐雷水平高于规范要求,满足集电线路及附近设备的安全运行要求。
How to reasonably and effectively improve the lightning resistance level of the collection line and reduce the trip rate is the main problem threatening the wind farm operation reliability.The article analyzes the main lightning protection measures and methods of the collection line based on the characteristics of the collection line.The results show that:erecting lightning wires,reducing ground resistance,installing lightning arresters,strengthening line insulation,buried cable schemes,etc.all have certain lightning protection effects.The collection line with only lightning protection wire cannot substantially improve the line's lightning protection effect.For the general lightning activity areas,35 kV collection line shall be designed with 3 to 4 pieces of porcelain or glass insulators and the incoming line section lightning protection.At the same time,when the lightning arrester is installed at the outlet of the box substation,the lightning resistance level of the tower near the box-type substation shall be higher than the standard requirements,and meet the safe operation requirement of the collection line and the nearby equipment.
