Meta integration of male breast cancer patients'real experience during breast cancer diagnosis and treatment

目的系统评价男性乳腺癌患者在乳腺癌诊疗过程中的真实体验,为制定男性乳腺癌患者护理方案提供参考。方法检索The Cochrane Library、EMbase、Web of Science、PubMed、Proquest以及中国知网、万方、维普数据库、中国生物医学数据库,收集有关男性乳腺癌患者在乳腺癌诊疗过程中的真实体验质性研究的文献。检索时限为建库至2019年11月。文献质量评价采用2017版澳大利亚循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准,采取汇集性整合的方法进行结果整合。结果共纳入6项研究,萃取出29个清晰准确的研究结果。将结果相似条目进行组合形成9个类别,且最终汇合成4个整合结果。结论本文对男性乳腺癌患者诊治过程中的体验进行整合,发现男性乳腺癌患者存在对乳腺癌认知及意识较低,具有生理心理负担等问题。当前的乳腺癌护理和倡导方法使男性处于边缘地位,要解决该问题,则需要医疗系统、社会及个人等各个层面对其予以重视。

Objective To systematic review the true experience of male breast cancer patients during breast cancer diagnosis and treatment,and to provide a reference for the development of a nursing plan for male breast cancer patients.Methods Search the Cochrane Library,EMbase,Web of Science,PubMed,Proquest and CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu and CMB databases to collect literature on qualitative research on the actual experience of male breast cancer patients during breast cancer diagnosis and treatment.The search period is from the construction of the database to September 2019.We used the JBI critical appraisal tool for qualitative studies(2017 edition)to evaluate the quality of included studies.Results A total of 6 studies containing 29 findings were included.Then all findings were integrated into 3 categories and 7 synthesized results were generated finally.Conclusions This article integrates the experience of the diagnosis and treatment process of male breast cancer patients,and finds that male breast cancer patients have low awareness and awareness of breast cancer,and have physiological and psychological burdens.The current approach to breast cancer care and advocacy has marginalized men.To address this issue requires attention from all levels of the medical system,society,and individuals.
