手术室护士血源性传染病暴露防护知识、态度及行为现状调查

A survey on the knowledge,attitude and behavior for blood borne infectious diseases exposure among nurses in operating room

目的了解手术室护士对血源性传染病暴露防护知识掌握情况及态度和行为。方法采用随机抽样方法于2020年2-4月抽取南京市5家三级甲等级医院手术室护士204名作为研究对象,采用自行设计的调查表进行调查分析。结果手术室护士对血源性传染病暴露防护知识得分为(7.82±1.69)分,态度得分为(2.91±0.66)分,行为得分为(3.11±0.84)分;知识得分与态度得分呈正相关(r=0.682,P<0.01),知识得分与行为得分呈正相关(r=0.729,P<0.01),态度得分与行为得分呈正相关(r=0.669,P<0.01);多元线性回归分析的结果显示:年龄、手术室工龄、学历、职称、月收入是手术室护士血源性传染病暴露防护知识得分的影响因素(P<0.05);年龄、手术室工龄、学历、职称、月收入是手术室护士血源性传染病暴露防护相关态度的影响因素(P<0.05);年龄、手术室工龄、职称、月收入是手术室护士血源性传染病暴露防护相关行为得分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士对血源性传染病暴露防护知识掌握情况不容乐观,相关态度和行为水平相对较高,应提高手术室护士血源性传染病暴露防护知识并继续提高其态度和行为水平。

Objective To understand the knowledge acquisitions,attitudes and behaviors of nurses in the operating room on the exposure and protection of blood borne infectious diseases.Methods The random sampling method was used to 204 nurses from operating rooms from 5 AAA hospitals in NanJing were selected as the research subjects from February to April,2020,and self-designed questionnaire was used for investigation and analysis.Results The nurses from operating rooms earned the scores of(7.82±1.69)for knowledge on exposure and protection of blood borne infectious diseases,attitude scores of(2.91±0.66),and behavior scores of(3.11±0.84),knowledge scores were positively correlated with attitude scores(r=0.682,P<0.01),knowledge scores were positively correlated with behavior scores(r=0.729,P<0.01),attitude scores were positively correlated with behavior scores(r=0.669,P<0.01).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age,working age for operating room,education background,professional title and monthly income were influencing factors of knowledge-related scores of nurses from operating rooms on the exposure and protection of blood borne infectious diseases(P<0.05).The age,working age for operating room,education background,professional title and monthly income were the influencing factors of attitude-related scores of nurses from operating rooms on the exposure and protection of blood borne infectious diseases(P<0.05).The age,working age for operating room,professional title and monthly income were the influencing factors of behavior-related scores of nurses from operating rooms on the exposure and protection of blood borne infectious diseases(P<0.05).Conclusion The acquisition of nurses from operating room on the knowledge of exposure and protection of blood borne infectious diseases are not optimistic,and their attitude and behavior level are relatively high.It is required to improve the knowledge of nurses from operating rooms on blood borne infectious disease exposure protection and further strengthen their attitude and behavior level.
